I loved the coffee taste at the first sight. Customer services were amazing. But quite a month later, when they offered me a point-collecting card, I brought to get the points, the cashier guy seemed to be unhappy with that. Moreover, I got a free coffee today and gave him the card, he straight away said that it would be free and disposed it in the bin in front of me. I am working in Customer Services too and always happy when customers get free drinks or foods but the attitude of the guy was so disappointing. With other customers, he smiled politely and asked extra questions but with me, he just what I would like to buy. Such discriminated and poor attitude to deliver to customers.
