Not very competent folks. One delay after the next. They say they will do something then never do it; this happened throughout the whole process. They need constant bothering and constant pressure to get things done. Couldn't be more unhappy. I almost lost the house due to their lack of motion. We ended up having to contact this company's upper management just to make ANYTHING happen. Stay away from this dysfunctional company. Then at the end of it all, after all the screw ups on Root Mortgage s side, there was no apology or anything from the branch manager, Scott.
