Decided it was time for a change with the last security company that handled both my home and business both from a competency side and exorbitant service charge cost . I was referred to STS by someone else on yelp complaining about them as I had. I called Smith Thompson, super straight forward on the phone and scheduled my appointment. The gentleman came out on time and was the kind of person you would trust to come in an evaluate your system. Quickly identified a sensor problem and replaced. One of my backup batteries didn't test well and he replaced that free of charge as a courtesy for taking over the account. Went through the whole system and found several things that could just be done better-walked through programming and we were done. That was 3 weeks ago and I could not be happier. These guys are legit, reasonably priced and know what they are doing. I'm a fan of Smith Thompson.
