The check-in attendant was sexist. My partner booked under her name for my 30th as a present, when we walked to the desk I was the only one addressed. Even when she spoke to give the name it was booked under the staff member still only addressed me. Quite rude. My partner also put in a special request with the hotel, was never addressed, emailed hotel while there on helpdesk but got no reply.

Rooms were nice, fridge, tv, shower, ice machine in corridor.
