Buying a new bike over the phone and on line when you live over 600 kms away is a challenge but Rene did a first class job explaining over the phone the answers to my myriad of questions. Rene picked me up at the airport with a fresh coffee and we did a complete review of the F800R I purchased and carefully explained each feature. Rene took the time to take me through the entire store and their mechanic shop area. Wow......
very impressed. Great product knowledge and understanding of client needs. He made sure I had the BMW hot line for my ride home but the bike rode flawlessly I love it...........time for a service.
