Worst HVAC contractor out there. They installed the HVAC in my new house. They failed to put a 2nd vent in a 20x20ft bedroom which is over a garage. The return on the 2nd floor is on the floor as well. Several other HVAC contractors have come out to look at the issue. When Steel T came out to take a look at the problem a surly tech told me that a 10 degree difference between floors is normal and to "deal with it.". Horrible customer service, rude techs and subpar knowledge of the HVAC industry. These guys are in it to make a quick buck!!! Wish i could give negative stars.
