Every metal print that I have ordered has been garbage. Sadly, honestly costco seems to do a better job. Also, when you pay for shipping, you shouldn't have to wait a week before they fulfill the order. Production time doesn't take a week and if a company is behind -- they should just state that up front and give realistic delivery dates.
