How long has it taken people to get the case settled? I had an accident almost a year ago and to start off really well always kept up to date. Now I've had 3 different handlers no idea which one I have now . Can't get through them. Keeps ringing out for over an hour. They said they would send me a medical appointment over a month ago and not received anything? Any help / reassurance please. Thanks
