Our final closing date was postponed due to their lack of diligence. We had an appointment with the lawyer at 3pm but were told at 4pm THE SAME DAY, that they didn't have all the paperwork and will need to postpone a week. It was a huge inconvenience and so unprofessional. After postponing our closing date, we were not given any information on our new appointment, instead we found out a time was set when our mortgage company reached out to confirm. Again, incredibly unprofessional. Information we asked to be passed to our closing attorney, was never even delivered. Not worth the time or money, find another company!!
