I would say that this complex is getting old. Maybe the overall look needs to be upgraded soon to live up to expectations of a Shangrila Hotel. As to the personnel, no doubt they are very friendly and helpful, living up to Shangrila standards. An unfortunate incident happened in our room, but the people and the resident manager handled it properly as expected of a Shangrila property. Breakfast quality of food is not as impressive though. The other properties had better quality of food. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and will definitely consider coming back.
