-Managment is unfair and will change lease agreements overnight due to generalized language, and does a terrible job keeping up the property.
-Security is extremely lacking as there are constant parties past 2am and a heavy stench of marijuana and other substances on every floor.
-A frat house on Langdon would be a calmer setting during the weekend than statesider is during a school night.
