I m sitting outside and have had enough time to leave this negative review while waiting for our $5 valet to be pulled up. Not only was the casino slammed for some free Bluetooth speaker, they severely under staff the casino as usual and make the patrons suffer. It is Labor Day and my wife and I work hard to enjoy moments like this and this was the most miserable experience ever, from eating at the Scene to wait over a half hour for our beer, to still sitting outside at the valet station... the customer services is awful, this place looks at you as a number versus a person... when business is good for them, it s bad for you
