HORRIBLE! I wouldn't advise anyone to move here. The gates are always broken, the water is cut off for repairs almost every month. You pay for pest control every month but they don't come spray every month. If the website to make a payment is down and you are out of town and come and pay on the 4th it's 150.00 late fee and they will still try and make you pay even if THEIR website was unavailable. The dumpsters get so full and trash overflows into the sidewalk and almost into the street. It'll look like your living in the projects somewhere! We've told them about mold growing on our bathroom ceiling twice and no one has done anything about it. Security was implemented bc someone got shot at the pool but security just sits and doesn't patrol the complex. I'm very disappointed that my hard earned money isn't being appreciated by an apt complex that doesn't care but should be able to afford to address these issues and I will not be renewing my lease.
