I called on Wednesday, July 13th and spoke with General Manager Josh Smith. He listened and took action. He has renewed my faith and given me a good feeling about Toyota of Victoria. He has also taught me that good things come to those that wait and learn patience. Josh and Lauren{sp} have done everything to get this done and they went above and beyond. I am picking up my new car tomorrow afternoon. It would not have been possible without both of these men taking the time to make a slightly crazy redhead happy. If you need help ask for Josh he is there for the customer in the very honest sense of the word. Thank you Josh and Lauren.
