Brett, like all the technicians you have sent in the past, was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed like he had my best interests as a priority. I was especially impressed that he thought to throw some extra filters in his truck before he came out and added them to my bill at a discount to me. Was very happy as this saved me a trip in to your office.

My furnace and air conditioner that you installed are both approaching twenty years of good service. I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received from Donovan and Jorgenson and the way I ve been treated.
