Purchased some graphics equipment from Carbon when my studio had been broken into. The retail staff put me in touch with one of the professional sales agents and we specc'd out the replacement system I needed. In a couple of days (we had to order in some specific items) my system had been installed and configured to my specific needs, and was installed in my (newly secured!) studio by a Carbon Computing technician.

I used to shop at the Eaton's Centre, but I never would have received this service from the Apple Store. I will be a Carbon Computing customer from now on.
