Dropped in about 14 days ago to have a protective film placed on the screen of the smartphone. The day before yesterday this came loose and it is still within warranty. According to the engineer, this was not possible. According to the engineer, this has never happened before. Yet it was. Warranty noppes they send you back in the reed as usual when it comes to a warranty case. Prices are very good, but service afterwards is sometimes very sad with a poor explanation from the employees.
