Once again I ponder why ZERO stars is not an option. After asking Support for assistance, not only have I waited a week with ZERO response, but emails are now deleted without being read. Seriously, if you're looking to find a new Accounting software package, STAY AWAY from Sage, their customer support is NON existent.
