It may be a bit confusing to find the right door to enter in through (depending on your desired musical selection), but it is worth the fuss. I have gotten excellent service at every visit and even had a service rep offer to walk me and my purchase to my car as I was baby wearing and bought a large cajon on a whim. On finding out that I was walking, the rep asked me how far my trip was and if I felt I could make the trek carrying everything by myself or if I needed help. Talk about caring for your clients!
