The Red Cross staff was great but will never go back unless they improve the infection control. Had to use Ipads for that were never wiped down. Had temp taken twice orally so had to pull down my mask each time. Had to remind check in person to put on his mask. Rapid Pass did not work because no cellular service in the building or their batteries were depleted.
