We recently had our old POS system completely crash on us here at the Split Rock Cafe in Kalispell, MT. Garrett and I had previously scheduled our install for the middle of March but our old Squirrel system crashed in mid Feb! I called Garrett looking for any kind of help, he personally programmed our system that day and drove from billings to Kalispell, delivered and installed it late into the night and had us up and running the following day. I have never received that kind of personal service and support from any company. I can't say enough and Garrett and the Meritage team. Before our system crashed I had searched so many POS systems and felt completely over whelmed at the gimmicks and bs I received from the aggressive, car salesmen type POS reps. Garrett came to our restaurant and actually brought a system for me to use! We spent two hours going through the software and he answered every question myself and my staff could come up with. We have now had our Mobile Bytes POS for almost 2 months and my staff can't say enough about it. Many of our servers have worked at different establishments and have used a variety of different POS systems and they all feel that Mobile Bytes is the best, easiest to use POS they have experienced.
