Terrible to work with. Their billing department is a joke. They do not communicate with patients at all. Getting information is like pulling teeth. There are long hold times on the phone to handle billing issues and when you finally get on, agents will give misinformation. I have wasted hours (literally) trying to get anywhere with them. The only place I got was sent to collections, despite trying to pay my bill.
