Service Department is good at one thing and that is charging more than 200 dollars more for a 60000 mile service than the other VW dealerships in the region. I know how the service world works and that a bit of a markup for a simple air filter, oil filter, and a few other simple checks. Thanks but no thanks. I'll be doing it on my own and not give this dealership 490 dollars.
