Fred was super helpful in our quick purchase of a CR-V. Our car got totaled in an accident, so we had to quickly research and find a great car. Fred wasn't pushy but also kept up with us to make sure that we got taken care of. He was knowledgeable about the cars and helped think about the pro's and con's of each of the options. Ended out purchasing on the first trip there.
