This is the worst insurance company ever. You re better off having no insurance at all than dealing with them. My car was totaled at a cost of $9000 and direct auto is only willing to pay $1,500. it s been 2 months and my car is still damaged nothing has been fixed at all.. plus I was told this company has thousands of lawsuits against them because they don t pay off their claims. I don t recommend this place for anyone they definitely need to be investigated
