Terrible customer service. Regulator was leaking ...

Terrible customer service. Regulator was leaking water into my office. I sent a video to Gerald to review. He stated (of course), you need a new part!
The next day, not a drop of water. 2 weeks later, not a drop of water. The part arrived. I told Gerald, there is no need to change the part as everything was working. Gerald said, must have been blocked and to make sure you flush it regularly. I said, I have never heard of "flush it regularly", why didn't you explain this trouble shooting prior to sending a part. He kept reiterating "once it is sent no refunds". Given the circumstance, I still have a brand new part, untouched, and I believe it should be acceptable to return. Gerald stated, a technician told you to get a new one. That is a lie. I had the building maintenance look at the leak and state "call the company where the unit came from to ask their opinion". Numerous other issues, please look elsewhere!!! After posting my comment, Sorella (who works for Boyd Industries!!!!) gave her company a five star rating. You can see how looks very suspicious.
