As a business owner, we have received MANY, MANY positive reviews. Oddly, BBB erased more that 5 positive reviews posted by entirely happy customers. Instead, they chose to publish a bizarre, negative review that we responded in great detail to. BEWARE, BBB is often used by dishonest persons to "shake-down" honest companies. BBB is certainly anxious to sell "memberships".
