My family usually visits two to four times a year, it's worth it to see the different seasonal overlays. Though, much like everything else in this part of Japan, I would advise tourists not to go in the summer. No fault if the location - its just incredibly hit, humid, and terribly crowded. For anyobe familiar with the Florida Disney properties think peak August tourist crowds and heat. That being said the service and experience of Tokyo Disney blows anything from California and Florida away. I can't speak for other international Disney properties but the courteousness and service from cast members and staff are honestly a huge draw at the Tokyo location.
