Institution of poor quality, are always in unions ...

Institution of poor quality, are always in unions unions and rejected. There are many robberies in C.U. and the green areas are in poor condition, and there is garbage everywhere. The only faculties that are in good condition are those of architecture, medicine, law and dentistry.
