Sales rep Geo was great and I would recommend working with him if you have the chance.

to purchase a 2019 Escape and had no issues. Salesman was courteous and understanding to our goals for payment, interest, and overall end cost.

Only "issue" we had was the wrong floor mat was put in the car after it was cleaned. Noticed this 2 days later and they fixed it in immediately.
