Horrible experience! I am trying to rent a car at the airport location, but not flying and they require a return flight ticket. I then called the 800 number and they told me I had to use an off airport location and asked if I would be picking the car up at that location, which is closed? I do not recommend using this rental company, if they can't even get the reservation down correctly!
