I give it a star because I can not. When you call your customer service, you receive everything but attention. They do not have trained personnel and they are badly educated. You call, send email and everything always tells you something different, they send you from one pay phone to another and nobody knows how to answer your questions. And to top it off they do not pay when they have to.
