My father was kicked out of the prosthetic surgery...

My father was kicked out of the prosthetic surgery department 6 days after (not 7 as usual) having undergone an operation on the hip, as the head nurse Gerardina (or Dina) Protupapa has made every effort not to make him remain a more night than necessary. Unfortunately for us the transfer was only possible on Thursday, that is eight days later, but for her it was absolutely not possible because we had to free the place, so we had to go out on Tuesday, that is precisely the sixth day. The motivation given to us by this was: 'We have to do 6 interventions a day for the region otherwise it won't give us the money!'.
Worse still, when I went to pick up my father, I found that Protupapa, head of the department, evidently had taken away his bed and bedside table, putting his hands in his things, pulling everything out of the drawers and throwing everything in bulk on the table. All at 8 in the morning while my father was in the bathroom washing himself. Imagine you, for a man who has just undergone surgery, in a condition of fragility, being treated as a waste by people who were supposed to protect him. And don't even have a seat to sit.

The Rizzoli hospital in Bologna is a merciless money factory for those who are suffering. And remember to arrange for the transfer to rehabilitation as soon as the hospitalization takes place, because if some mishap is created Protupapa is able to throw you out without mercy.
