Please note, this is SPECIFICALLY FOR THE TITLE SIDE OF SERVICELINK. If I could give ServiceLink negative stars I would. Closing with them as the title company has been an absolutely miserable experience. First, we had been trying to contact our title agent with absolutely no response for over a week. Our closing was pushed due to this. Then, on the day of closing, TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSING, they finally sent wiring instructions because apparently they do not take cashier checks of larger than $5,000. Every closing will most likely be more than $5,000, this is unacceptably inconvenient. The wire transfer can take up to 24 hours. Then 30 minutes before closing, our title agent backed out due to coronavirus concerns. I completely understand this, but this is information that needed to be said sooner. Not 30 minutes before closing. This is been a completely unacceptable experience, and that s putting it lightly. I would never ever use ServiceLink as a title company again.

Update: was cleared for closing today, come to find out ServiceLink s numbers were completely wrong. Closing was pushed again. I cannot express this enough, do not use ServiceLink for your title company. It will cause you delays and endless frustration.
