My husband and I purchased a recliner in January with the marshmallow leather I preferred. After waiting so long for them to custom make it, this chair is so squeaky and croaks so bad!! We were out of our period to return the chair and a guy came to fix it and it STILL squeaks and croaks! 2k down the drain!!
