First of all, I brought a loveseat on clearance, not the floor model. I was over charged for delivery by $40.00. I was told it was deducted from the sales price. I was charged for an extended warranty which I did not want. When i inquired about this I was told because I brought a clearance item I had to get the extended warranty. Next when the guys got to my home to deliver the loveseat it was missing pieces, the parts that make the love seat recline. Granted this love seat was not cheat in price and it was paid for with cash. I went looking specifically for a recliner because I knew I would be having knee surgery and would have to elevate my leg. I am so disappointed with Lazboy service and would not recommend them to anyone nor will I go back to purchase the matching sofa as planned.
