Beware! I would never trust Bellagalla again. We used their photobooth service for our reception and it was a completely disappointing experience! Half way through our reception, the printer ran out of ink! The whole reason I paid the extra $300 was so that the pictures would print on the spot and our guests could take them home. We had 156 guests who flew all over the United States and even as far as China and Israel to be with us on our wedding day. Not only did the printer stop working, the photobooth person didn t even communicate this with me. I had to find out a few days later by one of my friends-I was so embarrassed and disappointed to learn this news. I would of had my personal assistant run to target to get more ink (this would of been an easy fix considering we were downtown and Target was three blocks away!!!) When I contacted Bellagalla they acted like it was no big deal - that I would still get the digital copies. I was so angry and annoyed at their response acting like it wasn t a big deal and almost as if I was overreacting. The whole reason I got a photobooth was so that my guests could take home pictures-and they couldn t because of YOUR ERROR! They said that they would send me all of the pictures via mail so that I could send them to my guests. I ve already planned an entire wedding and written 150 thank you cards - sure let me just make all new letters with pictures for my guests! I shouldn t have to do all of that work. Oh and they said they would refund me the printing fee by sending me a check in the mail. That never happened. BRIDES- don t use Bellagalla! And if you do - bring your own printer and ink because you can t rely on them at ALL!
