After leaving Wyckoff Hospital in utter disgust with my 7 year old son who had a 7 stitch gash on his forehead and no one attended him, I was referred to NY Presbyterian Queens by a friend. From the minute we walked in to the ER, we were admitted and given a bracelet. And because my son was so shooken up, we were escorted to a private curtain room where my son, whose shirt was covered in blood since 4pm in afterschool, could lay down. Yes we waited, but it was clean, quiet and calm. By the time my son got his stitches, he was so relaxed!

If this is how you treat patients, I will definitely be back. Everyone was amazing. Thank you for taking care of my little guy.
