Worst experience ever, TMA are useless they give false information, are rude, and as I walk through arrivals all they do is stand in groups conversing. I get off the shuttle bus in departures, and there are cars parked in the shuttle bus stop, instead of assisting the driver and make sure passengers have a safe drop off, they shurg there heads and ignore the situation. SMH. People have good jobs that don't even deserve them. This has happened to many times. I stopped flying out of Midway.
