I caution anyone dealing with this company, please look at the fees you are charged and don't hesitate to question.
Our family home burned down in January of 2018, we found the rental home that we were in for 1.5 years and did not question the monthly fee that Temporary Accommodations was charging. The fee I am referencing was a "LTP MGMT Fee" of $350.00 a month. When I questioned Temporary Accommodations, the woman said "I spoke to accounting and we don't charge this fee and to discuss it with my adjuster." I then sent her the statement from her company clearly showing where the $350.00 monthly fee was being taken on her companies ledger. The woman said I would have to take it up with my adjuster, of course I asked if my adjuster worked for Temporary Accommodations and I never heard back. Finally after my family was able to move back in our home I sent a very polite email to the woman and asked when I could expect my deposit check from the rental home we moved out of. I was told "since I was the one who wrote the deposit check that was my responsibility to recover the deposit check. You would think after taking a $350.00 unexplained monthly fee for a year and a half you could at least have the common courtesy to send an email or make a phone call to recover my deposit.
Very disappointing, but have come to realize some people/companies take advantage of others when they are most vulnerable.
