I'm not sure how it works on the business end but on the consumer end it is really easy to use, and also easy to earn points to get more nift gifts. The availability definitely depends on your area but even if there aren't any brick and mortar businesses available, they will find you offers for online businesses. Especially during the pandemic it's been really nice!
