Shocking how bad their customer service policy is....

Shocking how bad their customer service policy is. I had a bad card that had $20-25 on it. Make me wait 7-10 business days (my bedsheets are here covered in soap now) to get a card with $15 on it. At which point I have to MAIL the old card back to get my $5-10 other dollars as a cheque.... pretty bad act of faith to a customer who uses service weekly and has an issue with their equipment to no fault of their own (only had card 7 weeks). Embarrassing and pathetic!
