And still lot of area development coming.
Area has developed a lot due to this making Kazhakkoottam area very congested.
Many companies there & great location too.

But only few well known companies there.
Mostly are home grown or like startups , and only few have stood test of time over 20+ years.
Also travel issues, parking space, rail connectivity are still points of concern.
When compared to similar Tier-2 IT cities, it may rank low on many employee factors .
