We booked two staff for our wedding in July, which was held at home in a marquee and we part-catered it ourselves by doing the canapes, desserts and evening buffet plus we did an open bar for guests to help themselves. Teresa and Ben were absolutely wonderful and helped with food and drink prep, plating and serving, topping up the bar and buffet tables, and washing up and clearing up. I felt really bad that when they arrived on Saturday everything was chaotic with lots still to do and I hadn't been able to clearly write down a plan for them, but they very patiently and calmly took the plan I'd scribbled for their site visit on the preceding Thursday, talked it through with me and then just ran with it entirely on their own initiative so we didn't have to worry about a thing. They were friendly, warm and down to earth with our guests while still being completely professional and they fitted in perfectly with the relaxed vibe we were going for. They worked tirelessly, especially in our cramped kitchen, and they went above and beyond in everything. Teresa even cradled our friends' baby for a bit so that they could both wolf down some dinner - things like that added such a personal touch. I'm so pleased we booked you and it made such a difference to our day. I can't recommend your service enough.
