Have been working with Cydcor company for around 4 years. The last time I visited was back in 2016 and coming back reminded me of how rich the culture is here. Cydcor has an awesome work environment and people who work there. I can't wait to come back to interact with them. The location is super modernized in beutiful Agoura Hills. Most importantly they are one of the leaders of services in outsourced door to door sales.
Dishonest and unethical. Trying to scam the system for existing ATT customers by creating multiple accounts. Causing disruptions in service and weeks without access to services paid for. I filed a BBB complaint and will return to where I signed up and make sure anyone walking in knows about these scammers!
Salesperson from this company came to my house and sold me AT&T /DirectTV service. They said AT&T would get me out of my contract with Comcast. This was a lie.
This company places order for services, and when they make a mistake they give you the run around. It is best to get to a true corporate store such as ATT directly.
Cydcor is an amazing company. Their team is incredibly helpful and they always put their clients first. Everyone I have interacted with is genuine in everything they do. They truly care about the success of everyone around them. I would recommend Cydcor to anyone!

I was sold Direct TV/internet by a Cydcor rep who was traveling through my neighborhood. They told several lies, including that by entering my SS# I was only authorizing a soft credit pull . It was not. They were also highly deceptive about the price of services by failing to mention that the 2nd year, the price goes up. They also left out taxes and fees to make the price more appealing. They scheduled install dates for both services. I was contacted within hours with reschedule dates. We ended up canceling within the 3 days allowable under the contract, but we did not get the $19.95 we paid back (as we should per the contact). They are just awful. I would highly recommend avoiding.
I am thoroughly impressed by the people at Cydcor on a day to day basis. Cydcor is an amazing company that truly cares about their people. I would recommend Cydcor to anyone!
Devin and Austin signed me up with Direct Tv in Walmart on Saturday Oct 27th 2018. They told me If I paid $35 they would take care of everything and get me a lower price on internet. None of it was true. They lied. They also gave me a monthly price for DirecTV which was a lie. They also charged my card $35 twice. Im supposed to be getting a Walmart gift card sent to me. I will be shocked if this is true. Everyone beware of Cydcor sales reps in Walmart and everywhere else. They will lie to you and scam you to get a sale.
Cydcor is an exciting company. They are dedicated to growth and that includes the growth of its people. Employees are given many opportunities for development and training and employee success is tied to the success of the organization overall. The work environment is stunning, including a gym onsite. There is a strong focus on supporting others, and the company offers paid volunteer days to each employee to back that up. Employees work hard at Cydcor, but they also have many opportunities to play and celebrate.
This place is beautiful and they share the space with the Rams.

Earlier today, I left a review on his company s page as I frequently have over the last 3.5 years. Why? Because each time I have, it s been erased, or he turns the reviews off (I m not the only one this has happened to).
I have screenshots and proof of everything.
What do you think happened then today? He texted me (yes, texted, via private communication, not publicly online) and threatened me with extortion, stating that if it continues - it being me telling people the truth and very transparently trying to shut this entire corruption down - he will take me to court for defamation or harassment.
I m very thankful Justin doesn t understand the law, so I m not worried about that...
I just, again, want to make people aware so you, too, are not taken advantage of by Cydcor and Justin Hageman/Cape Reserve.
They provide the most amazing support! It's impressive how they constantly focus and improve to give their affiliates the best opportunities. I am grateful for them!
Undeniably the best company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Genuine people with genuine intentions. They truly care about the success of everyone around them. Cydcor is sincerely about opportunity.
If I were able to give this place 0 stars I would. I feel sorry if you are a temp employee of any kind. They will use you until you are close to your 3 months and then toss you aside like you didn't matter, which you don't there. They don't want to have to pay to convert you over to a full hire employee, so as long as they can use you for "free" then it's good for them. Also, if you work for Michele Singer, then good luck! Probably one of the most two faced supervisors I have ever had and very controlling. She will be nice to your face but don't trust anything you say in her presence. I wouldn't trust telling anyone anything even remotely personal to be honest, you never know what someone will use against you to make themselves look or seem better than you here. All of the snacks, drinks, social sip and gym membership seem to be one big facade. Almost to attract younger "cheaper" employees. Be cautious of accepting a job here, they will butter it up during the interview but once you are working there the feeling of not knowing if you are doing a good job or not is concerning. There seems to be a lack of communication from your higher ups of any kind. All in all, i don't think the scammer like vibe is worth working here.
Cydcor is a great client broker and resource. They care about each and every person - client, customer, and team. Couldn't ask for a better relationship with them.
The guy Stephen that sold me Direct TV in Walmart lied about how the process would work which inconvenienienced me a lot. I contacted his boss Kim, she was nice but didn't really "fix" things. I then contacted corporate and someone called me back but they didn't solve my issue either. I am highly disappointed in how this whole process went .
