I've attempted to reach out to this resort more than once. The sales staff is horrible because their follow up is horrible. It's like pulling teeth just to get information. When I called one last time and finally got the sales rep on the phone (after leaving her a couple of voicemails) she was cordial enough, but, was supposed to have someone else reach out and I've heard nothing. If this is any indication of the type of service I'd receive as a guest, they can have it. And my kid is getting married on one of their properties. I am NOT looking forward to it. AWFUL ALREADY.
