Very horrible, if I could give a -10, then I would.

My job only needed confirmation that I had a payment agreement set up, and they said they would not do that hecause I might try to get written confirmation and use it something else. My job didn't want or need any payment details or anything, just confirmation of an agreement.

I was reluctant to give them any of my banking information because they wouldn't even give me a case number, confirmation number, or anything to reference if I had any questions.

They are highly unprofessional when they answer the phone. They just say hello, as if you are calling a house phone or a friend. They don't say their name, title, or company when they answer.
