Horrible service. RUDE staff. Never thought I would be descriminated against in my own country. This hotel is for Germans only. After living 35 years in the U.S. I never once felt like this. Over rated hotel. Will never come back again. The waiter at the pool restaurant had an attitude and sads my 10 year old needed to have a shirt on. Well first of all half the people in the outdoor pool restaurant where half naked. With garbage like this tourism will never get better in egypt!
