I have no complaints with the hair color service that I received. I had a color removal done and color correction. I went from light auburn to my natural gray and the services were good. I was then recommended by my stylist to set up an appointment for highlites in six weeks which I did before leaving the salon. A few days after my first appointment, I called the salon to see if I could come in earlier than 6 weeks for my highlites, I told the person on the phone what services I had and she said that she talk to the stylist to see if it was ok and she would call me back. I waited 3 days, no call back so I called again, had the same conversation with someone who also said let me check with the stylist and I ll call you back. No call again. I spent a considerable amount of money that day and I really think a call back is not asking for a lot. I will be canceling my future appointment at Jennifer & Co. and looking for a salon that makes me feel like I matter.
