I went in for two tires, they jacked up my car by the side-skirt, which broke all the clips and the factory bonding.
They had the audacity to tell me "I didn't think you would notice"
They attempted to hide the damage from me, and they put double-sided tape on it.
When I asked about what was planned to be done about the damage I was told "we can order some clips and put more double stick tape on"
as these are factory side-skirts that are bonded to the car, and the tabs that are used to bond it to the car are now damaged, that is not an acceptable solution.

The only acceptable solution is a new side skirt.

I have not discussed this issue with Nalley since I took delivery of the vehicle, I instead made a complaint with Ford corporate, who informed me the only recourse was to work with Nalley.

As I will never take another vehicle to Nalley, I will simply have a body-shop I trust fix this correctly on my own dime.

Please Note: I do have a side-exit exhaust on my Fiesta ST, but so do 40 people in the Atlanta Metro area, and none of us have had any problems.
